The Keep Key West Clean and Green Committee is a community organization of volunteers seeking to help keep our island beautiful for our residents and visitors.
The vision statement for the Committee is "To have a noticeable lack of litter on the City's rights-of-way, beaches and shores, and on private property so that Key West will remain an unspoiled uniquely wonderful place to live."
The mission statement for the Committee is "To coordinate and spearhead fair and equitable measures to assist in meeting the vision statement by organizing public and private groups in developing an adopt-an-area program, city clean-up initiatives, code modifications, and recommending City procedures."
The Keep Key West Clean and Green Committee meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month in the first floor conference room of City Hall, located at 525 Angela St. Everyone is welcome to attend.
